This Privacy Policy applies to the website and to all products and services offered by Genesi Srl through it. The reference Regulations are: the GDPR - General European Data Protection Regulation 2016/679 (hereinafter: "GDPR"), the reference Italian Legislation and their subsequent additions and amendments, in addition to the general provisions and acts of the Guarantor for the Protection of Personal Data. This Privacy Policy determines the methodology with which Genesi Srl collects, uses, stores, protects and discloses the information collected from users (each, a "User") of its website (from now on: "Site"), as "interested" subjects, as defined by Art. 4 - GDPR. Furthermore, the users themselves, and in relation to the data themselves, are provided with information on the methods of collection, as well as explanation of the methods of access, modification or cancellation of the same.

PERSONAL IDENTIFICATION INFORMATION (personal data)

Personal identification information of users may be collected in various ways, in connection with the activities, services, features or resources that are made available on our Site. In some cases, that may include but are not limited to: forms filling, information requests, price quotations requests and more, users may be asked for: name, surname, e-mail address, postal address, telephone number, number of employees, tax data, etc.

RIGHTS OF THE INTERESTED PARTY

In this case, you will be able to obtain access to personal data and the following information:

a) the purposes of the processing;

c) the recipients or categories of recipients to whom the personal data were o will be communicated, in particular recipients of third countries or international organizations;

d) when possible, the retention period of personal data provided or, if not possible, the criteria used to determine this period;

e) the existence of the right of interested party to ask the data controller to correct or delete personal data or to limit the processing of personal data concerning him or to oppose to their processing;

f) the right to propose a complaint to a supervisory authority;

g) if the data are not collected from the data subject, all available information on their origin;

h) the existence of an automated decision-making process, including the profiling referred to in Article 22, paragraphs 1 and 4, and, at least in such cases, significant information on the logic used, as well as the importance and expected consequences of such processing for the data subject (cf. Articles 12-13-14-15-22 - GDPR and / or Articles 16-17-18-19).

TERMS OF STORAGE AND CANCELLATION OF COLLECTED INFORMATION

The data collected will be kept for the time strictly necessary to provide the services through the site or the services requested through it; if their conservation should be necessary for legal/commercial purposes, the conservation terms will be those established by law, in relation to each specific purpose. The data will be accessible only for the purposes established and/or deriving by law (eg invoicing of the purchased services) and can only be processed by authorized employees.

SHARING OF PERSONAL DATA

We do not sell, trade or rent personal identification information provided by users to third parties. We also do not transfer data to recipients of non-EU countries.
